RFID Single Sign On system

RFID Single Sign On system We would like you to make a single sign on solution by using rfid. We have a smartcard with integrated rfid chip and a reader. By using the card we would like to be able to log into Microsoft Active Directory. A GUI for the administrator have to be made and have functions like change of pin-code, management of group policys, revokation of certificate. THe end-user has to be able to change the password in the windows environment and the password on the card has to be updated at the same time. There has also to be a function that polls the cardreader and checks that the card is still in range. otherwise it has to lock the computer.
