WPF (c#) Help Needed

We are stuck on a couple of things and they are: 1. We were making reports using RDLC. And now we have a requirement to make a form to create custom reports. So i need a demo from which will have a form with the fields in a particular table as checkboxes. So the checkboxes i check, only those fields should be displayed in the report. For Eg: If a table contains four columns: 1. Id 2. First Name 3. Last Name 4. Country and then i want to give an option to the user as to which columns does he want to make available in the RDLC report. So if the user selects only First Name and Last Name, the RDLC report should contain only those 2 columns. 2. Advice on Email using System.Net.Mail.
