Introduction The purpose of this RFP (Request for Proposal) is to select professional freelancers who can deliver cost effective and up to date entertainment solution. The solution should meet the minimum scope of work: - Provide state of the art solution including required hardware, software, licences, adaptation of the premises including cabling if necessary and installation. - Perform all needed development / customization. - Complete workable solution to integrate with the existing/upcoming entertainment devices. - Describe all the needed communication resources. - Train the staff to use and administer the system. - Provide 24/7 remote technical support during implementation and installation.
