ipad photo gallery app

Hi, we are looking for a photo gallery software used for an iPad. The gallery feature we are looking for is described below. Basically we are looking for the following functionality: - wireless photo sync from a computer to the iPad in a set folder for the app (not the camera roll folder) - photos should be converted to low resolution when syncing to the iPad, but high-res should also be an option to choose - users can flick through images in this folder - when new photos are getting synced to this folder in the iPad, the gallery should automatically include them - each or multiple images can be selected by an user for either share them via email or on twitter and facebook - user then need to logon to their facebook or twitter account and after uploading the images to their social network page, the user gets prompted with a "Logging out of facebook or twitter message". It's is important that when a new user is flicking through the gallery the previous facebook session has been cleared. - when sharing photos via email our preset email is used for sending it, but the user needs to enter the email address of the receiver. - our logo must be included in the gallery at the bottom - the gallery must have a costumisable start screen, where we can enter some information like a welcome message to the users - Photos are synced from a computer to the iPad, must be getting assigned with a watermark. this watermark can be on the top or bottom of each image and it should include our logo, plus we need to enter some costum information depending on the party. For instance, Name X and Name Y Wedding. This needs to be in the settings so we can change the wording before an event - when this gallery is in use, the iPad should be locked down and limited to this app. Only a passcode will get you out and this way we prevent users from messing around with the iPad. - any questions please ask!
