Mobile Phone software

Programer neads to be able to program closely to the core features in diffrent phone types. Suggested platforms are symbian for symbian based phones and java or similar for other phonetypes. To participate you should have alot of experience with programing on mobile phone platforms. You do not nead to be able to handle all platforms but please reply with what platforms you know in order to recive a closer project description. Budget for this project is negotionable depending on knowledge and what platforms you can handle. Please reply with what platforms you know and what experience you have. Project is to program closely to the core features in the phone, the software neads to be able to adjust systems settings depending on suronding circumstances.
