Hello, this should be really simple and take you less than 30 minutes to figure it out.
I need a plugin or a line of code that will allow me to update instantly the slugs of all articles to the title posts when I update the title of a post.
Basically when you write a post in wordpress and schedule it for later, the slug will not change when you update the post title later on. I need the slug(i.e the permalink) to update when i update the post title.
See the example below to make sure you understand the requirements:
Example:
1- I write a new post with title "Scriplance is really bad" and I schedule it for 2 months later. The slug will be [login to view URL]
2-One week later, I add some info in the post and change the title to "Scriptlance is the best", when i click on update, the post title will be "Scriptlance is the best" but the slug will still be [login to view URL] even if the post haven't been published yet.
What I need is when I update the post title, the slug should become [login to view URL]
I would prefer a plugin so i can use this solution on all my blogs.
The plugin should check all scheduled posts and make sure that the slug is up to date with the title of the scheduled post.
Thanks
