wordpress installation

I am looking for someone very experimented in WORDPRESS integration to a website which already existe. 1/ The word press will be able to be written by one person only (the owner) and be read and comment by the member of the community as well as the visitors of the website 2/The wordpress will need the layout, the header, navigation bar, and all the stuff belonging to wordpress, sidebar, widget , Recent Posts, Categories, Full Feed RSS , Top Commentators, Links, Technology, adsense, post, comments , archive . plugins. You need to be familiar with wordpress and comfortable programming in php Please pmb your experience for this project I'd like to more details.
