Looking at your issue, the best response is to see what's causing the high server load, at which time the rest of things will fall into line, most definitely. I can start looking into this this weekend for you (today, if you like), and should have a reasonable fix by Monday. i did post 7 days, mainly because that's the length of time it COULD take to resolve the issue, find it, etc. However, in most cases, 2-3 days tops.
