Integrate hubspot form into Nuxt.js project

I have a [login to view URL] website which i need to add hubspot form into blog post pages. I've tried the approach with a mounted function, but it partially works. I need some help to adjust this function, or create a new one, which will make the hubspot form render into blog post pages. Important topics: A. Blog is running with WordPress as a headless CMS, so Nuxt get the content through Wordpress API. The hubspot form code is already into blog post pages B. each blog post page have a different form, so the function should be dinamic and check the 'formID" field before render the form
