Making changes in Comment Notifier plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver II Pro 1.3.4 The site has 129 active plugins. My test site is [login to view URL] I am using on the site the Comment Notifier plugin [login to view URL] This plugin lets people who leave a comments to subscribe the comment thread of each single post of your blog. What I want? I want to allow visitors to to subscribe the comment thread of each single post of my site - this even if they don't leave a comment. For this, the plugin has to be changed. A subscribe to the comments of this post subscription box should be available under each post. I will provide the text in Hebrew to appear above the subscription box. Freelancer should send me an amended zip file of the plugin to install. The plugin will first be installed on test site and when succesfull on live site. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid
