I've an existing woo commerce website which is complete, but it takes 4seconds to load including 2seconds of waiting time, I tried a few things: optimise images, activated lazyload, used cache plugin, minified js and css, but there's still more to do. Currently using AWS [login to view URL], thinking about migrating to gcp and adding more resources. Apart from this, looking for someone who can fix this.
