Need CUSTOM theme for WordPress, To be sale on Themeforest

I'm looking to have a custom WordPress theme developed that I will be selling on Themeforest. Specifically, It will have option to import templates that normally theme forest themes does have. The theme have an option of demo import. THIS PROJECT IS FOR CUSTOM PHP WORDPRESS DEVELOPER , not for newbie who does work on premade templates, I will provide the files from my own designer in photoshop or html / css ready.
