I am also having Good experience to create basic wordpress website build with required plugins on Linux environment for internet. As per your Project Description, you already have couple of EC2 instances (on-demand/Reserved) created on AWS data center with correct security policies for temporary purpose . Also you also using RDP, S3, Route 53 and some other features which are AWS is providing for the customers. To get more clarity on your requirement, I have below few questions from my end.
