We need an auto response email for price requests received on our website. The pricing is based on their zip code location. We have a google sheet that we currently use to calculate pricing by simply entering the persons zip code. The Goal is to send an immediate email containing their pricing including the zip code they entered, and a copy to our email account to harvest their email address and zip code. A second function will be to have the pricing also pop up while they are on the website if they have entered a valid email. I can send a link to view the google sheet.

Hi, What i understood that you have all the prices as per location/zip code. As user will send request for quote then need to find price according to zip code into google sheet and send quote on mail of user as well as admin [login to view URL] I have few queries- Do you want live data fetching from Google sheet OR i can run cron job once in a day OR in a particular time interval and save in DB updated data? I do suggest to insert the google sheet content in website database to make the process easy and accurate. Although, the task you mentioned seems time taking but can be done.
