Cozy Maid is a nationwide home cleaning company. We are a stable company with over $40,000 paid in Upwork contracts to our freelancers. We are seeking someone who is interested in long-term, full-time work. About the Customer Service role -Help customers & cleaners who have questions related to appointment scheduling, billing, and using the website. -This position is a heavy volume of reading and writing with some calling involved. The ability to read quickly, reply accurately and demonstrate great command of written English is vital. -The position is dynamic and you will not be doing the same things all the time. We are a small company and our contractors are a big part of product development, strategy, ect.
