Simple Website/Mac App design

Have a simple project. Need to develop a Text based Mac app. It is a reference app. I want to develop a website that can then be converted into a Mac app to be submitted to the Mac app store. It would be great if you possess both abilities (Website and Mac app development). However, if you had only one of the two skills it would be great if you could develop the site (a clean, easy to navigate site that is appealing etc). We need search capability, note taking, bookmark, font size adjusting etc. Please feel free to apply if you have the skills. Please also provide past projects.
