*Flash solution required*

First of all, thank you for taking the time to view my project. Please only bid if you know you have a solution to the below requirements, and are able to carry out the project within 10 days. **NOTE** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE YOU BID! I am in need of someone who can assist me in creating a flash website, which can be updated over the internet. Allow me explain a little more... I am wanting to have a flash website, whereby perhaps on each page of the website you have an area (or more then one area) that contains HTML / XML read from a database. This area (or areas) can be updated by way of logging into an admin panel, and entering new content (source code). I am very sure about what I want to achieve and although I am open to suggestions from the right provider, this project will be to work alongside me throughout. For this reason you MUST be available on an instant messenger or Skype, and preference will go to those who reside in the closest timezone to myself. The area I would like the project provider to concentrate on would be the solution which enables the flash to dispalay contents from a database. I would like to provide the right project provider with more information on this project, and I look forward to hearing from the experienced providers on gaf with a solution very soon.
