I am looking for someone can set up a server to send out CAN-SPAM compliant bulk emails. You will need to know how to whitelist IPS and inbox on the Big email services (AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail). Must be able to set up Reverse DNS DKIM/SPF/SENDERID. Recommend MTA and Email software to use for sending 1 million emails a day with good delivery.
