Convert 4 PSD files into HTML/CSS page

I have attached a low-res images of the files, the winner will get high-res PSD file to work with. i need those 4 images turned into 4 pages, pure CSS/HTML tabless design, the only image that should be used is the coffe stain itself - all other should be code based. I need the code to view well on Internet explorer 8 and above and FireFox 3 and above
