Quote/rating system website for Insurance

I require a customised site developed to basically generate a rating for the potential customer... this rating engine has already been developed via the client, I basically need a developer to design a system that syncronizes with the rating engine and this will therefore generate an accurate online insurance quote for the user/customer. I have a the basic site layout approved with graphics, the flash portion will be provided, I need the following: - a system built that is configured to the current rating engine (I will provide the rating engine from client) they look like xml files - the html portino of the site _ i will provide all design/layout graphics require as well as flash portion for the header/navigation ## Deliverables Develop an online quotation system syncronized with rating engine(already supplied) for online users
