Tesseract OCR has features to recognize characters from images and return as text. It can also transform an image into a searchable PDF (text + image together). It also has a LIB in C ++ that allows calling all its resources from C ++. Several programmers have already made Golang Bindings to Tesseract C ++ library, but have only done some basic functions. Ex: take a look on GeertJohan / (). The golang library I used as example was only partially implemented, for example: I can send an image and receive the recognized text from the image. But I can't send an image and return the searchable pdf, as they didn't made bindings to this specific Tesseract function. I look on Tesseract C++ Library source and saw that is the "TessPDFRenderer"

Image from screenshot goes through script 4. Script has tesseract and spacy NLP which converts image to text then extracts parts of text that match the NLP rules 5. We have document reader based on a tesseract and scanning script that do ocr and some other stuff on a script. After the scan is done all strings and all results are sent to the user screen where it is shown to the user so the user can make corrections. This happens THE FIRST TIME ONLY. So the learning from the user in that screen then be sent back to the document reader which the next time is trained and has correctly learned for that invoice or document. The next time the document reader scan that document it has learned where those entities are located. So in short: the user corrections should then be fed back to the document reader. I would need an image to text script using the latest tesseract script, and this PHP wrapper The job is create a script that extract text from an upload image and output text data in array. All uploaded images will be in exact same size/format like a form fields, e.g player name, number. It'll be great if we can set specific regions of image to increase accuracy.
