We would like to edit the image (pic 1) by cropping the skin section (see example in 'Sample 1') and showing it separately. Then create middle section shape with another design (pic 2) which would fit the shoe in pic 1. Basically, we only want to show that we are replacing the middle section of the shoe with a different design.
