MQL4 EA - based on market type, stochastic indicators and engulfing candle methodology

I am looking for a freelancer to write a simple MQL4 based code which automates trading (long, short, exit, stop loss) and works on the Pepperstone MQL4 platform. The details of the required coding are in the attached file; the EA should determine the market type (Bull / Bear), based on the logic as provided, and enter the long or short trade based on the stochastic indicator and engulfing candle methodology. Stop loss and take profit are based on ATRs and are provided in the attached file. I am happy to pay a fixed price $100, with additional work if the coding is functional and the relationship is suitable.
