Create simple website with 3 quiz ASP.Net Web Forms

I need a simple ASP.net Web Forms web-site with 3 quiz. Database: questions, answers, user(with results). First page: TextBox for Username and 3 "Start test!" Buttons for each test. I don't need authentification! Just add Info about User. 3 test pages(similar): I'll give you a questions and answes for each test. I can pay 5-10$ for this job.
