Automatic Blog Posting Software

I need software developed that will automatically post to the comments section of a website. The purpose of this software is to create backlinks to a website. The high level description is this: The user enters several pieces of information (name, email, etc) into the software.? The software will use a Google search to locate the websites that allow posting.? Once the search has been executed, the software will open each site individually and post the user-entered information. ? ## Deliverables I have more specific instructions that I will share with the developer. ?
