Citation Software....Either Standalone or Plug-In to MS Word

I need to create a piece of software that automates the process of creating bibliographies. I realize there are other pieces of software that currently do this, but not in the realm that I am concerned with. It will be based on only one bibliographic style. I will provide far more details as soon as I get you to sign a non-compete. I am extremely serious about getting this done. There are serious bonuses to working on this project.
