Copy Trade {Forex} Programmer

I want to be able to send forex trading instructions to a program installed on a client computer. This is different than a forex robot or EA in that the trade instructions are not pre programmed, instead individual trade instructions will be sent to a program which receives the trade instructions in program code and then executes trades based on the code instructions. How these instructions are sent is open. So is programming language, etc. MT4 is fine. VPS is fine. Flexible on project.
