Mobile app for Delivery person and van

We have erp and one of module is delivery. Each person/van is assigned a particular route created by system using Google optimization. This route will be displayed on the app. On the basis of route deliveries are done. Mobile app should be for Android, iPhone and iPad. It should have storage object to store data temporary incase internet is not available. Each delivery when marked as delivered on mobile should able to capture sign and any images clicked. It should also capture coordinates to map delivery on Google map on web app running on our drsktop. App also have expense module through which delivery person can add expense occured against each delivery and it is shown on our web app. It also has map button on route. If pressed, map will open showing how to go to destination. Source will be his current location. Mobile app can be native or hibryid . You will specify framework, libraries, database you will use. You will design UI on the basis of framework you will use. Login credentials and other api will be provided by us as per requirement. App will work in online and offline mode. Continuous feed of his location is required to see his entire journey on web app. If he is stationery at particular place more then specified time then alert should be generated. He will receive notification and reminders. Even if he switch off location, you should be able to get his details. You will provide support for 6 months. You will provide complete source code, help module. Coding should be clean with remarks mentioned at necessary codes. Our erp is PHP, mariadb and codeignitor For more details, see the file attached.
