Hi I am beginner with phone/cordova facing issue with configuring my development environment correctly so that I can build apk using cmd on my computer (win10) part of this project is also to create a blank phonegap application with pushnotification, build apk of it and manually send message from firebase to application. you have to do configuration using anydesk or teamviewer using some call messanger supported in UAE to speak. I am new so budget is $10-15 only apply only if you read above, and can do easily.
