ASPX page is very slow

I have a simple POS app, it is working properly, but is very slow. I want to make it real time & as fast as possible. I am open to suggestions, may be utilize jQuery ? I will send the code to interested coders. There is one more thing, if user enters a wrong item, there is no way to delete/edit it. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
