Hello, I have a website and I will like to create a form to collect information from my visitors. I need the script to work like this: 1-The customer will go to my site and will input there information in a web form 2-The form data will need to be collected by a data base and I need to receive an email notification 3- I will like to go to a data vase web interface and be able to search registered customers by name, last name, are code, state, country, zip code, registration date from – to . 4-I need to be able to select the customers and send email to a group of registered customer. 5- The send email option needs to have html format and I need to be able to upload attachments 6 – The main reason of this data base and registration form is to collect information from people so I can send promotions to all or some registered customers.
