COO for my dropshipping business

I am looking for a COO (Chief Operating Officer) to join my 6-figure (monthly) dropshipping business. The ideal candidate should have (extensive) experience in dropshipping and be able to handle all range of tasks that are part of a dropshipping business on a day-to-day basis. Tasks to be handled by the COO: - Managing all teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure we reach and exceed our KPIs and goals - Hiring new employees if necessary - Overseeing operations and logistics - Leading marketing and sales efforts - Managing financial management tasks The COO should have extensive experience in dropshipping and be able to demonstrate their success in this field. They should be able to effectively manage a team and have a strong understanding of operations, logistics, marketing, sales, and financial management. Preferably you have experience with dropshipping fashion and gadgets in multiple countries in Europe. Your compensation & effort - Set monthly salary to be discussed + business profit share to be discussed - You will be leading the day to day operations of a dropshipping business that has a revenue of 300k+ per month. Therefore the learning opportunities are amazing. - Estimated is that this will take 2-5hours per day, every day is different Requirements: - Preferably Dutch - Great English speaking and writing skills - The dropshipping experience as described above - Knows in dept how shopify works - Experience with Google Drive - Available everyday, flexible working hours I am looking for a A player who is looking for a unique opportunity to learn and implement the most recent skills & knowledge around ecommerce -> in specific ecommerce.
