We need an application that is capable of scanning receipts (lottery coupons) locally.
To do that we need a basic interface that allows us to select what lottery we are scanning for as well as which date it is for.
Once the coupons have been scanned, we need to run an OCR process that reads the main numbers on the coupon. We can provide a list of coupons with the numbers that we are expecting! The OCR process should be advanced enough to catch most of the coupons, even without understanding all the numbers, the algorithm should be able to work out what coupons we are still waiting for.
The ones we can not match, maybe the receipt is too unclear, we need a small web app that allows us to see the receipt and filter the numbers manually. See the attached screenshot.
The original scans will also need to be made smaller after the OCR process, before being uploaded to the server.
Once all the coupons have been matched and successfully uploaded they need to be deleted.
When the coupon has been matched for sure, it needs to be given back to our server with the right coupon number.
If there is a coupon in the web app that is the wrong lottery, it should be re-assigned to another lottery and draw.
We could provide something similar to:

I would prefer somebody around High Wyombe - Watford - West London area to meet in person to discuss the details and to communicate with our IT guys abroad together.
