Import from Excel to SQL DB using CF

I want a stand alone one pager that will ask user to browse and upload an excel sheet that will inserted content into DB. Once it has done so it should out put #of users imported and #of users not imported due to emails matching existing records. All i want is a way to import from excel to SQL with no existing email duplicates with a progress bar so users are not just staring at a blank screen. See DB Script attached Developer Requirement: 1. You must have access to your own CF and SQL server 2. All development and testing will be done on your server 3. All path and definitions and variable must be defined in [login to view URL] and with comments 4. Everything must be commented with what, when and sometimes why so what does the code block do and when does it do it 5. Data-source name should be dsn 6. Table name is participant 7. Only one milestone exists and it is at the end of all testing hence the reason why the code stays with you until the project is completed 8. all code will be transferred as a zip 9. Must indicate how many hours [dev hours] and how long [in days] u will finish project 10. Must write "I understand" to make sure you read all the above 11. I have the right to kill the project if you are not doing what i expect you to do 12. I will also kill the project if it takes you longer than you quoted 13. No i will not pay you more than what you bid for.
