Join our team as a Freelance Reservations and Guest Relations Coordinator at AptsLatam! Our deep local knowledge and continuous support team ensure that each reservation is handled in a personalized and worry-free manner, guaranteeing exceptional value for money for each client. Responsibilities: Reservations Coordination: Thorough review of reservation details. Efficient management of reservation logistics, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs. Verification of property status prior to guest arrival. Handling additional customer requests and logistical adjustments. Customer Service: Establishing effective communication between clients and property providers. Prompt resolution of customer concerns. Actively listening to customer and property provider concerns. Proactive follow-up on reservations and stays. Requirements: Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in the hospitality and/or corporate accommodation industry. Creativity in problem-solving and quick decision-making. Adaptability to work in a high-pressure environment. Minimum age of 27 years. Personal computer. Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps. Smartphone with the ability to install WhatsApp Business. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. We offer: Salary of $650 USD per month for the first 6 months, then $800 USD per month. Freelance contract. 45-hour workweek schedule, adapted to Bogotá time (GMT-5).
