R programming using R XML package - data extraction, copy and paste from one file to other

Note: I am looking for someone from Bangalore. I have several text (XML) files, which are nothing but some sort of simple tables containing values (when opened in a software package). I need to selectively copy these values and want to paste into another XML file of different format (different type of Table, when opened in a software package), This can be done with R xml package through xml find, copy and paste into some default template xml text files (based on some conditions). I also need some ongoing advise on R learning (will pay separately), and casual work in future. Price can be negotiated, depending on the time spent. I my self do some basic R work and hence I can easily explain over phone, if you need further clarification of any work.
