Your description of the project is far to vague, however we can design u an rf sniffer to drive a LED and lit it up whne strong RF signals are present, if that is what U're looking for. Otherwise you have to clarify more extensively what is your project and provide a basic schematic or block diagram of how you want it to work.

We need a simple schematic for Transmitter and Receiver modules.A Monopole antenna is used for both transmitter and receiver.I will use ADS and Proteus(optional) for simulation purposes.
