Microchip PIC16F690 Assembly language alter UART output

I have excellent skills and a vast experience in PIC micro-controller programming either it is in Assembly, C or Using some RTOS. have experience on UART communication with micro controller. and can to review schematic for check design first work flow under below, normally complete the project need 3~5days, dependence documents and our communications 1. need change specification include origin format and change to 115200bps have extra requirement? like "flow control, data length,parity, stop bits", or just want change to "115200,N,8,1"? 2. have packet format specification? if UART work unstable, maybe need the document for debug 3. review electronic schematic or provide crystal run on ?MHz for make sure the change is possible. we need check the baud rate are okay or not. (Milestone 1) 4. got the code for first build for check the code are workable. need you assist me to make sure like original 5. modify the code to meet your change specification for your final testing
