I have 8 years of experience using Bluebeam. I started with no knowledge back in 2015 and had to build my own foundation through trial and error with no assistance and understand how intimidating it can be. I currently train new hires within my office on how to use the software and am currently the head of estimating and a senior project manager for my company. Scopes I cover on a day to day basis involve concrete, asphalt and various flooring but partner with a painting company to package pricing. Because of this I have learned what needs to be taken into account for the painting takeoffs on commercial and industrial projects so that I can easily coordinate with them.
