Online Research Assistance – US and Canada Construction Projects

We are seeking research assistance to help track and gather information about upcoming building projects. We would like to work with people who are interested in an ongoing work relationship (weekly, potentially daily help). Please note that if you are determined to be a good candidate and we would like to arrange ongoing work with you, we will have a different payment structure based on number of projects researched. We have a list of projects that we would like additional details on. Every project is a little different with the information provided, but for all projects we are seeking the same essential details. For this first run, we are going to set a time limit of 3 hours, as we are interested to test how many projects can be researched in that amount of time. We will be sending more projects than we expect you to be able to complete in the allowed time. Requirements: Web Research, English Fluency, Excel, Web, Email, Timely, Reliable Ability to speak, write, and read in English. Access to a web browser and Microsoft Excel (or another application that can save/export the data as a CSV or XLS file.) Email access for sharing files. FTP is a possibility if preferred. Questions for Interested Researchers 1. If this process goes well, are you available and interested in this work on a regular, consistent basis? How many hours a week could you be available? And for how long? 2. Can you read and write in English? 3. Do you have access to Excel and a reliable Internet connection? 4. Do you have previous experience with this sort of online research?
