Hi, I'm interested to help you for your project. I'm a French software engineer since 2006. If Excel is not mandatory, I think we can find another way to solve your problem. For example (It's not the final proposal), we can use Talend (it's a open source software to process data). Talend job could be launch with Windows Task Manager. The treatment could be: 1°) Extract data from Access DB. 2°) If export file doesn't exist, generate it. 3°) If export file exist, generate the file wihout duplicate data. Maybe you want a "real" software. In this case we can use the same treatment. An advantage is that we can easily use the source code to add new features. I am available for any questions or comment.
