Facebook Design with Lead Capture Form & Custom Tabs

Hi and thank you for your consideration of working together. I am looking for someone who can create and design my facebook real estate page and create some features such as 3 custom tabs see below: Facebook Page, I already have one but I would like a professional real estate re design ([login to view URL]) 1. Professional Design for my web page. I would like my picture and a custom design for my banner. Colours preferred is White and clean with a little bit of red or blue. 2. 3 tabs see example ([login to view URL]) - Tab 1 - Brows homes (MLS) this has to work with the MLS search. - Tab 2 - My Top Picks. This is a lead capture form - Tab 3 - Your Home Value. This is a lead capture form 3. In order for the tabs to work, the user must like my page. Any other suggestions would be considered. Please show your work and examples.
