Do you have design experience in smart home design and automation specialist? Prefer MEP Engineer ideally in central air-conditioning system, security system, car park monitoring system, hospital calling system, and/or elderly monitoring system. The project is a retirement village or old age care activity center. Able to use Sketchup, AutoCAD or ArchiCAD skills for designing. Please email your resume in English and the design portfolio with engineering data calculations in both the PDF format to me now immediately! This is a freelance post URGENT! It's not the matter how much you bid, but you must not bluff and really know how to do your work! Fixed price based on project's area in square meters. Will pay deposit before your work starts.
