HR Manager for Job Interviews In Ahmedabad, India

The recruted HR Manager will have to: -Have a 9,5/10 English -Be a great communicator -Have experience in recruiting Indian Programmers -Know the Indian and North American Culture -Be willing to work full time in the next 2 weeks. The recruted HR Manager will: 1- Recrute employees that will work in our new Indian Office via Odesk, Elance, Local Web Programmer recruiting Websites and LinkedIn. The selected employees will have to be from Ahmedabad. 2- Interview those selected candidates with the required skills via Skype or Phone. 3- Select the best of those employees (should have at least 40 candidates) 4-Organize 2nd physical interview that will take place in Ahmedabad with the 2 Co-Founders of the Programming Company. 5- Welcome the 2 co-founders at Ahmedabad and participate to the interview with them. The Selected candidate for this job may be given a Long-Term HR Managing Post in our offices.
