VBscript or batch file to find remote user names (easy)

I need a VBscript or a batch file to find who is logged in remotley on a remote PC. I will provide a list of connected computer names and the program should check all of them to find out who is logged in, then it should save a list of the user names with the computer name next to each on in a text file. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: I will need to be able to run this on any computer on the network, not all of the computers have admin rights, so in order for this to work I will need to provide the admin user name and [login to view URL] order to access any of the files on a remote PC I must provide my user name and password, again you must keep this in mind, the program cannot do any function on the network(not the local account) without admin rights, so it must similar to the "NET USE". I need this ASAP within 24hrs or less. I will pay $100 for this project. P.S. I have access to shared folders C$ ADMIN$,etc...
