Online game based off a current old version - Sencond try :)

Good day to you, I am looking for a person/ duo/ team to create a simple *online game* (not mobile) based on a current one that was built-in flash. The new one would need to be in new, secure tech (java, html5, other). As future-proof as possible will be appreciated, as I probably won't want to upgrade your work in any hurry. The AFL (as above example) version I need will need to have: - the ability to set the three images displayed on the opening splash screen (changeable by me) - an extra two 'uniform' types to be selected from when Start Game is clicked, added to the 16 shown - the ability for me to easily change the image that appears in the 'stands', for once the game has begun - the ability to easily create as many 'instances' of the game as I want, with each instance having different graphics on display as mentioned in the point above. Think that 10 different clubs will want their own version with their own logo and colours... I would then like *two additional versions* of the completed one made, but with a different goal set-up and where the ball is kicked off the ground; the mechanics functioning in the same form as the current one. One will be for NRL ([login to view URL]) and one for SuperRugby ([login to view URL]). In AFL the player holds the ball to kick it (as you can see in the above-linked example), but in NRL and SuperRugby, the ball is kicked off a small cone on the ground. An example of both the ball position and the goals required can be seen in this image: [login to view URL] At the end of the project, there will need to be three different games - AFL, NRL and SuperRugby The NRL version would need 16 jersey designs to select from and display - I will supply these The Super Rugby version would need 15 jersey designs to select from - I will supply these I can show you want the other person had done if helpful, as it was great and really close. This is a reposting as last time the guy it was awarded to, who I thought was great, got banned. Another person didn't reply and a third said they were "having internet troubles", so would get back to me when fixed. They never did.
