Time Table Management System for educational institutions/universities

Time Table management system is been intended to use as a plug & play component to an existing system developed by using C# 2010 with MS SQL 2005 database. We need a system to computerize the time table building processes for any educatonal institute/university. This system will automate the entire process of making the time table and thus reducing the complexity for any educational institute/university by utilising the resources such as lecturers, class rooms, labs effectively. Along with these the system must consider the capacity of the class room and should suggest the alternatives. The proposed system should consider the merging of two similar module students to a signle class room. The main goals of this system is to have centralized management, to be user friendly, to avoid clashes which comes during the assignment slots, and to automatically generate the various time tables such as faculty, class, lab and master time tables. The developer should consider that this module should be integrated seamlessly with the other systems and the design of the system should be parameterised. Please note that the developer should submit the complete source code and internal documentation as part of the deliverables.
