Opening Recruiter Start-up

Hello Dear Recruiters, We are establishing a Recruiter Agency with two of my friends and we are looking for recruiters with good English to work with. We haven't been able to start looking for clients at the moment, so we'll be moving forward as a start-up. From the moment we start to get a job, we have a business plan that we can provide regular income in the future, while proceeding on a commission basis. We want to create 3 different member models. Model 1: Recruiters with whom we can run the agency together, become our partners and provide financial support to the pool of partners as small investors Model 2: Experienced recruiters who can become managers and do heavy work in our agency Model 3: Beginners and recruiters with 1-2 years of experience First, we want to meet with our friends in the 1st member model and consolidate our ideas. Then, we aimed to form the backbone of the agency with our friends in the 2nd and 3rd member models.
