I need very experienced USA recruiter, who has the following skill set 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast paced agency environment Experience in cold calling Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel Excellent communications skills, an interest in people and must be able to quickly assess a candidates's suitability for a job. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communications skills Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiation Currently we are interested with GC, OPT and USA Citizen consultants only to hire on our company pay roll
