Hi., i have 3+ years of experience in linux. and raspberry pi I have done a few projects with it. GpS separately i have worked with android linux and embedded controllers. for your requirement I can give as soon as possible. since i need write only an algorithm to find the speed. already i am expert in interfaving gpd with any linux controllers.
